Pinot Noir Cider
Our Noir cider takes the skins of the first press of our Pinot Noir grapes and co-ferments them with Golden Russet apples to create a special blend of brilliant wine-infused crimson cider with an integrated texture and nice finishing flavor. Noir Cider has a deep and brilliant crimson glow that hints at its crisp but rich and complex flavor. With a bouquet of butterscotch with apple and notes of grape, Noir summons up sunlit grasses sprouting from the earth after a cool spring rain. Its taste is nice and peppery with an aroma of fresh and deep caramel. The Golden Russet surfaces with earthy grape elements to produce a tart, tangy and dry cider wine that sparkles.
