New low Abv and delicious co-ferment in two new sleek cans!

We’ve had many questions about offering a low-alcohol cider that is also tasty, as well as a cider in cans. Well, we are now bringing you both. Supplies are limited so please reach out to us soon!

Blush: We take the skins from the first press of our Kristof Pinot Noir grapes and blend them with our cider to create a bright, wine-infused aroma with a fruitiness and complexity that complements the natural tannins.   Blush is a wonderfully luscious and smooth cider, perfect for relaxing after work or before dinner or alongside a great conversation with family and friends.

Whisper: One of the questions we get most frequently is whether we can offer a low-alcohol cider and many have offered to be in our focus group to test our first such example.  Our Whisper is not only low-ABV (about 4%) but it is one of the tastiest examples of such cider.  It is finished with a bit of Dolgo cider, from the long crab apples that give the cider a tiny kick of acidity.
