Now Pouring at Parallel PDX: Our Reserve Cider! 🍏

We’re thrilled to share that our Reserve Cider is now available at Parallel PDX. Known for its wine forward menu and impeccable flavors, Parallel offers a dining experience that’s all about thoughtful pairings and fresh ingredients—and our warm and rich tasting Reserve Cider fits right in.

Our Reserve Cider balances bright, fresh apple notes with a smooth, dry finish and is versatile enough to pair beautifully with a range of dishes. If you’re wondering what to try first, we can’t recommend the Welsh Rarebit (beer cheese over toast with celery, and apples) and the Parallel Salad enough.
