Hot Spiked Pomegranate Mulled Apple Cider

Whether you just need something to warm your bones, an après-ski drink that will make the whole mountain envious, or a festive holiday drink, try this easy cocktail that you can make on the stove or in the crock pot with apple cider, pomegranate juice, cinnamon, clove, star anise, and orange slices.

  • 2 cups pomegranate juice

  • 1 large orange, cut into 1/4” slices

  • 3 cinnamon sticks

  • 4 star anise

  • 1 tablespoon whole cloves

  • 1 tablespoon whole allspice

Add Kristof Farms Orchard cider, pomegranate juice, orange slices and cinnamon sticks to a big pot (or crockpot). Then to a spice ball, add the star anise, whole cloves, and whole allspice. Let simmer for 2-3 hours. Add the mulled cider mixture. Remove fruit and spices from the pot. And enjoy!
