Vodka Pomegranate Punch with Apple Cider Ice Cubes
We heard it was National Vodka Day and we just couldn’t resist creating a fun (and easy) cocktail to celebrate the occasion.
Get ready to immerse yourself in the flavors of the season: apples with pomegranate and orange. 😍 Our Kristof Vodka Pomegranate Punch with Apple Cider Ice Cubes is simple, fresh, and just right for fall.
Ingredients:
Makes about 6-8 servings
2 cups Kristof Farms Reserve Cider
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
3 cups pomegranate juice
1 cup vodka
1/2 cup orange juice
4 cinnamon sticks
1 cup fresh pomegranate seeds
Orange slices (optional, for garnish)
Directions
Fill ice cube trays with Kristof Farms Reserve Cider and freeze for 6-8 hours (or overnight). Meanwhile, heat the sugar, cinnamon, and 1/3 cup water in a saucepan over medium heat, whisking the entire time. Cook until the mixture begins to bubble and then remove it from the heat and set aside to cool (about 30 minutes).
Combine the pomegranate juice, vodka, orange juice, cinnamon sticks, and the cinnamon simple syrup in a large pitcher. Stir well and refrigerate for a few hours to let all the flavors really come together. Before serving, add the Kristof Farms Reserve Cider ice cubs and pomegranate seeds to the pitcher.
Garnish with orange slices. And enjoy!
