Happy National Mojito Day!

We're celebrating with a Cider Mojito Slushie.

Our spin on this iconic Cuban cocktail, includes white rum, simple syrup, lime juice, mint, and our Kingston Black Cider - all blended together with ice - because it's hot outside and who doesn't love a good slushie?!?

These tasty hard apple cider mojito slushies are super easy to make (no cocktail shaker required!) and they’re the perfect, most refreshing treat on a warm summer day. 🤤🤤

Apple Cider Mojito Slushie Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 cup Kristof Farms Kingstock Black Cider

  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice

  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, firmly packed

  • 2 limes, zested

  • 1/2 cup white rum

  • 8 cups crushed ice

  • Mint sprigs and lime wedges, for garnish

In a saucepan over medium heat, add the sugar and water. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring often, until the sugar is dissolved and the syrup is clear. Set aside to cool.

Put the sugar syrup, lime juice, mint leaves, lime zest, Kingston Black Cider, and white rum into a blender and blend until smooth. Add the ice and blend until slushy. Spoon into glasses; garnish with mint and a lime slice.
