We have been tasting the wines as they mature throughout their journey, along with various experts, and we’re all thrilled by the results. We wanted to produce some of the best cider and wine in America, and the awards our ciders have accumulated suggest we’ve accomplished that goal for the cider. The wine is likewise superb and reflects the Oregon style that people here are justifiably proud of. That’s a credit to our neighbor and friend, winemaker Adam Campbell of Elk Cove Winery.
